Please note the colored sticker is hand washable only. The dishwasher will degrade it over time.

Once you approve the final design, we can’t make changes or offer refunds for misspellings, incorrect dates, or other typographical errors.

We only accept cancellations before a design is finalized. You won’t get a refund if you cancel after finalizing the design.

Because the tumblers are customized, we’ll only accept returns for replacement if they arrive damaged due to shipping.
